Enneagram

Identify your core personality type among nine interconnected types and understand your primary motivations.

36 questions · 8-12 min

The Enneagram describes nine interconnected personality types, each centered on a core motivation, fear, and desire that drives behavior — for example, Type One is driven by a need to be right and good, while Type Two is driven by a need to be needed. This test asks 36 questions about your underlying motives rather than surface habits and takes about 8-12 minutes; a fuller Enneagram analysis also considers wings and stress/growth directions.

The Enneagram is popular in coaching, therapy, and self-development for explaining why people act the way they do, not just what they do, and many find it useful for understanding recurring patterns in relationships and work. Compared with the Big Five, it has considerably less empirical validation and a more contested history, so it's best treated as a reflective framework for self-understanding rather than a scientifically established measurement.
