Which test should you take?
The four tests measure different things, and they don't carry equal scientific weight. The short version:
| Test | Questions | Time | You get | Take it for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Big Five | 50 | 10-15 min | Five 0-100 trait scores | The picture with the most research behind it |
| 16 Types (MBTI) | 70 | 15-20 min | A four-letter type | A shared vocabulary for everyday differences |
| Enneagram | 36 | 8-12 min | One of nine motivation types | Reflection on what actually drives you |
| DISC | 20 | 5-8 min | Four work-style scores | Reading colleagues and writing better emails |
If you only take one, take the Big Five: it's the model personality researchers actually use, and its guide explains what your scores do and don't mean. Every test page carries that kind of guide — where the framework comes from, how the scoring works, and how far to trust the result. Take all four if you're curious; they'll disagree with each other in places, and the guides explain why that happens too.
